Here is my old allen scythe with the 25c villiers 2 stroke engine. It had been laid up in a garden centre for years and the ignition had died. So I fitted a lucas condenser in beside the coil and timed it all up. I cleaned and sharpened the blade. I have disengaged the ratchets on each wheel with a nail so that I can manoeuvre it about. But it all works. I am very happy with the way it turned out. The petrol tank does not look original. Thanks for watching.
