BREAKING: Saudi Air Defences Intercept Houthi Missile Over Riyadh | The World Wire

Описание: 🚨 BREAKING: Saudi air defences have intercepted and destroyed a Houthi ballistic missile in the skies north of Riyadh, the Saudi-led coalition said on Wednesday.

Coalition spokesman Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Malki said the missile was launched by Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi militia, and that the coalition is now tracking the launch platform over Sanaa.

The Houthis claim they also targeted Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport. Three people were injured earlier this week in separate Houthi attacks on airports in Najran and Jazan.
