An excerpt of the audio/visual installation I made for Sine & Squares Festival 2016. The focus is on generating electronical signal that you, that's the second level, watch and listen to. It's not a musical piece, there is no narration, it's about the balance between personal fascination of beautiful images and rich sounds.
I use a modular system (no preset, no computer, no sequencer) and an analogue oscilloscope. It's based on alternating of two main moments and infinite variations made using several S&H, switches and recursive patching. It can have pauses, repetitions, silences, accelarations.
No editing, no overdubs, what you see is what you get feeding the stereo audio signal directly to an oscilloscope in XY mode.
