Mochi is a Japanese sweets made from mochigome, a short grain glutinous rice flour. This mochi can be made with different types of filling.
But this nutella mochi is a game changer. It’s super easy to make at home and tatses amazing.
Ingredients needed:
Nutella ( freeze them until hard )
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 tbsp sugar ( i used brown sugar here)
1/2 cup water
Some corn flour ( it’ll stop the dough from sticking)
