Yes indeed.. You only get one attempt to do this! if you die at any point on your way or during the fight with doppleganger you will be put in the next area, unable to go back..That being said..This is how it goes down! :
After you killed the Archinquisitor, you will have to gothrough a round maze. At the end of the mace place your homunculus and put the divers lung potion in inventory. Prepare arrows (as boss is EXTREMELY weak to headshots). Also have the potion with +60 damage ready to swift with your divers lung at last orb/abnomally ;) I'll skip cutscenes and not spoil them. If you manage to kill the doppleganger you will also get a different cutscene in the end after defeating final boss also. Have fun!
Wepons used : Dagger + Winged bow Strength/agility build.
