Because of Electrical Improvements, 5 trains ran every 20 minutes

Because of Track Maintenance, Downtown 6 trains ran express from Grand Central – 42nd Street to Brooklyn Bridge
Trains stop at 14th Street – Union Square.
For service to 33rd Street, 28th Street, 23rd Street, Astor Place, Bleecker Street, Spring Street and Canal Street, take the 6 to 14th Street – Union Square or Brooklyn Bridge and transfer to an uptown 6.
For service from these stations, take the 6 to 14th Street – Union Square or Grand Central – 42nd Street and transfer to a downtown 6.
Travel tip:
For service from Canal Street, take the J to Chambers Street/Brooklyn Bridge.

Because of Electrical Improvements, Uptown 6 trains skipped 51st Street, 68th Street, 77th Street, 96th Street, 103rd Street, 110th Street and 116th Street
For service to these stations, take the 6 to 59th Street or 125th Street and transfer to a downtown 6.
For service from these stations, take the 6 to 59th Street or Grand Central – 42nd Street and transfer to an uptown 6.
Travel tip:
Transfer between uptown and downtown trains with Unlimited Ride MetroCard at 86th Street.

Because of Track Maintenance, 6 trains were not running between Parkchester and 3rd Avenue – 138th Street
6 trains ran in two sections:
1. Between Pelham Bay Park and Parkchester
2. Between 3rd Avenue – 138th Street and Brooklyn Bridge
Free shuttle buses ran along two routes:
1. Local buses ran between 3rd Avenue – 138th Street and Parkchester.
2. Nonstop buses ran between 3 Avenue – 138th Street and Parkchester.
• Transfer between trains and free shuttle buses at Parkchester and/or 3rd Avenue – 138th Street.
