MY FAVORITE NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER OREO DESSERT

Peanut Butter Oreo Dessert

Ingredients
1 (regular sized) package Oreo cookies, regular or double stuffed
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
2 3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/4 cups cold milk
8 oz bar cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz whip cream or cool whip
20 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Directions
Combine instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk refrigerate to set while making the other layers.
Crush Oreos in a plastic bag. Remove 1/3 cup of crushed Oreos and reserve for later.
Combine the rest of the Oreos with melted butter. Transfer to 9 x 13 inch baking dish and press down to form a crust. Refrigerate while making the next layer.
Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Fold in cool whip.
Spoon peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
Repeat the same with the chocolate pudding.
Sprinkle over chopped Reese‘s peanut butter cups and reserved Oreo crumbs.
Refrigerate2 hours before serving or overnight.

Fresh whip cream
Beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar with an electric mixer. Start at low speed then increase speed to high and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Do not over mix!
