I get asked this question many times. Two things to keep in mind, it takes a bit longer than in the pot but sometimes you don’t have the pot or want to be keeping an eye.
This method using sous vide works very well but it depends if your eggs are straight from the fridge or you keep them at room temperature. 15-17 mins cooking depending where you store the eggs.

Get the water warm to 75 degrees and then set the timer to your desire. Voila! Eggs ready 🥚
