All of the coffee cherry in one sparkling drink
Our new Cold Brew Cascara Fizz is a refreshing sparkling drink ideal for the height of summer. We make it by using the entire coffee cherry, combining cold brew, made from roasted coffee seeds (or beans), with cascara, made from the dried husk of the coffee cherry.
To play up the tartness of the cascara, we add a splash of champagne vinegar, and then bring the flavors into balance with simple syrup and sparkling water.
The Cold Brew Cascara Fizz will be in our US cafes until the end of July. Stop by a cafe soon to give it a try!
