From perfectly tempered chocolate (that shine and snap matters!) to copper kettle caramel and over 50 different varieties of chocolates, we got a behind-the-scenes look at the craftsmanship that goes into every bite. We even taste-tested a few along the way!

Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Chocolates is a locally owned business that has been serving up handcrafted chocolates for decades — and they sell thousands of their famous boxes every year. If you’re in the North Salt Lake area, it’s definitely worth a visit.
