Beef entrecote
Ingredients:
• 1 entrecote (500 g)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp butter
• A sprig of rosemary (optional)
Preparation:
1. Remove the meat from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking, clean the bone from films, dry with a paper towel.
2. Before cooking, lightly grease the meat with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom over high heat.
4. Fry for 2 minutes on one side, turn over, fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C until done (about 10 minutes).
7. Transfer the meat to a warm plate, add butter, cover with foil and leave for 5 minutes.
