Ingredients:
15 large Prawns
500g Vermicelli
2 tbsp Cooking oil
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 sprig Coriander roots
800ml Prawn stock (made from frying prawn heads)
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
½ tsp Sugar
Dash of white pepper
Garnish with Coriander and chilli padi
