先日作ったパイプクランプを一部改良（材料と寸法の紹介）／Some improvements to the pipe clamps made the other day

改良点とともに材料と寸法の簡単な紹介もしています。
当初は前回よりも安価にできると思っていましたが、使い勝手と強度の問題から部品点数を減らすことができずあまり変わらない金額となりました。１本あたり2000円〜2500円くらいです。
M12の長ナットは70mmのものがちょうど良い長さなのですが、最寄りのホームセンターには60mmまでのものしか売っておらず、仕方なくこれを使いました。
このパイプクランプの締め付け強度につきまして
あまりに強すぎる力で締め付けますと、パイプを掴んでるミニクランプの挟む力が負けてパイプ表面を削りながら後退していきます。
今後の使用で検証していくつもりですが、私のような素人木工DIY用としては十分な締め付け強度だと思います。
強力なパイプクランプをお求めの方はガス管利用の市販品の購入をオススメします。

I made some improvements to the pipe clamp that I made as a prototype the other day based on the concept of “with materials that can be purchased at the nearest home improvement store”.
I briefly introduce the materials and dimensions along with the improvements.
The M12 nut is optimally 70mm long. But I used a 60mm long nut. Because the nut was not sold to the nearest home improvement store.

About the tightening strength of these pipe clamps
If you tighten it with an excessively strong force, the force of the mini clamp that holds the pipe will be lost, and the pipe surface will be scraped away. I intend to verify this fact in future use, but I think that it is enough tightening strength for an amateur woodworker like me. If you are looking for a powerful pipe clamp, I recommend purchasing a commercial product that uses a gas pipe.
