South Korea's senior diplomat has made it clear that Seoul condemns Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Speaking at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on Tuesday,... Second Vice Foreign Minister Choi Jong-moon described Russia's invasion "a clear violation of the UN charter."
Choi stressed that violence on innocent people can never be justified,... and called for swift humanitarian aid to be given to Ukraine.
He also called for the international community's continued engagement with North Korea to tackle the North Korean people's abysmal human rights conditions.
