Today we're making a buckwheat traditional mead! I recently purchased a bunch of buckwheat honey and I've always wanted to try making a mead with it. I must warn you, this honey is very strong! Buckwheat Traditional Mead Recipe:
1 Gallon of Spring Water
2 Pounds of Buckwheat Honey
2 Grams of Lalvin QA23
3.1 oz of Clover Honey (for backsweetening)
