LOCATION: BEACH BLVD. AND FRANKLIN AVE.
AREA/CITY: Buena Park
DETAILS:
Both driver and passenger were taken into custody
The driver was checked out by OCFA paramedics and released into police custody.
ATF, Fullerton PD, Fontana PD, and Buena Park PD were involved. A Bearcat from North County was used for an attempted pit maneuver.
It is unclear if the passenger was a kidnapping victim.
