Day three of my drawing trip in Spain.
Today I travelled from Málaga to Granada by bus. It took about an hour and forty-five minutes and I arrived straight into pouring rain. After dropping my bags, I found a tetería and managed a very quick drawing before it closed.
Later in the afternoon I headed up to the Alhambra for my 3:30 entry. It was absolutely freezing and tipping it down, so I walked around the Nasrid Palaces but didn’t manage to draw. Sometimes the weather just wins.
I ended the day back in my hotel room, hunkered down with a simple dinner and a sketchbook nearby.
Tomorrow looks like another rainy day, so I’m planning lots of drawing in markets and cafés instead.
