So now, we finally deal with this traitor. And he can be summed up in one word. "HADOKEN!" Yep. This guy is pretty much all Street Fighter. Once beating him, we find out why he betrays us and who put him up to it. (As if it wasn't already obvious.) also, once you have his weapon, you can get the Heart Tank from Web Spider's level. I get it off screen. __
