Ingredients for Mooli ka Paratha

For Basic flour dough
Wheat flour 300 g
Salt 1 pinch
Oil 1 tbsp
Water for kneading
Knead and keep aside for a rest of half an hour.
Radish (Grated) 1 Kg
Salt 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seed 1 Tsp
Dry Pomegranate seeds 1 Tbsp
Ginger(finely chopped) 1 Tbsp
Green chili (finely chopped) 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 Tbsp
Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee) 1/2 Cup

Wash and grate the radish (Mooli) and add all the spices and green herbs in it
After adding the salt and red chili, radish leaves their extra water and the filling will become watery. It also make flour dough soggy so squeeze it out and then again balance the spices.
It should be extra spicy because by flatting the chapati and with dough it will become lighter afterwards
Make two small balls of flour dough
Flatten then a little to start a Tasty Radish Stuffed Paratha
Add the filling in one and cover with other
Now join the edges with your fingers
Pick it in hand and press to equal the radish filling
After it, flatten it with a rolling pin and make a thin chapati
Heat up a skillet and put this chapati on it
Keep the heat at medium low
Give it some time, when it is well done, turn it upside down
After a while check the other side.
When there it appears few small brown spots, apply ghee and rotate it continuously.
After applying the ghee, it will not take too long, so turn its side again and apply ghee to the other side
Now a crispy Mooli Ka Paratha is ready to serve
Serve it with Mint or Zeera(Cuminseed) Raita
