It is clear that we are that generation that the Navi speaks about thirsting and yearning כי אם לשמוע לדברי ה׳.

For the working man, the cold is the endless grind of the workday; his struggle is finding the time to learn and fighting the pull of the material world to remember what is truly eternal. Opening a Sefer—that is his warmth. And for the Jewish mother, the foundation of the home, her toil is found in her heartfelt tefillos. She pours her soul into praying for the spiritual success of her husband and children, and their shteiging is the ultimate warmth that fills her life.
