Whatever problem you have that result in your monetization feature disable,on your video manager click help & feedback!

Write the problem you facing, if it is totally your fault like you copy other people video or invalid click than simply ask for apologize,admit mistake and seek for youtube help to re-enable monetization

Send both feedback and email.Youtube will reply you an email within 24 hours.

Like me previously I have copyright strike I send email to youtube,they suggest me to send email to claimant to retract the copyright strike than I get back my good standing status with no strike on my channel.

Again send both feedback & email to ask youtube to re-enable back monetization since you already have good standing status.
