This garage is shared by the University of Maryland - University College buildings and the College Park Marriott. It is considered part of UMCP. These are alright Schindler elevators. They are fast for 5 floors. I would think that these would be hydraulic. As of December 2019, this elevator has been modernized by Action Elevator with Innovation Prestige. The motor and controller has been replaced, but the cab is original.
