Описание: In this video, I'm going to show you How To Read INBODY Results | INBODY Test Results | Body Composition Reading For Women. InBody test results can be hard to understand for some people but don't worry, I will help you to understand how you can read your InBody results and how it works. Actually, InBody uses bioelectrical impedance analysis to precisely measure body composition by sending multiple electrical currents through the body, resulting in up to six different impedance readings for the trunk and each of the four limbs. The currents are very mild – you won’t feel a thing. When it comes to body composition, the InBody scan gives you a result that you can use for your next diet plan. Knowing healthy body composition ranges for women is very important. It helps us to understand the importance of getting fit and healthy.

Maybe you are thinking What Is Body Composition? Body Composition is the breakdown of the body into its core components: fat, bone, muscle and water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods...the basic bathroom scale. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

Using InBody to assess my body composition was just what I needed! This is the 1st episode of my new series, "Body Recomposition" where I will document my journey to decreasing body fat while simultaneously building lean muscle mass. I was fortunate enough to connect with Fitness Trainer Ryan and Registered Dietican Tara at Fieldhouse gym at The Park (https://theparkatnj.com/) who administered my InBody analysis. I will be re-assessed every 2 weeks to see how my plan is working and if it needs tweaking.

The reason for this series is because I want to educate as many people as possible who are desiring weight loss, to consider understanding the concept of losing fat, not just losing weight. Going on a low calorie diet and focusing on cardio only will not get you the decrease in body fat or the increase in muscle mass, so having the right plan of action is important and getting assessed regularly will be very helpful in your journey.

I am currently at 24.8% body fat, which is considered average and healthy for females of my age (42). I am embarking on this journey simply b/c it's a personal goal of mine to become fitter, stronger and leaner. I know my body can do more, so this is an exciting adventure for me. I hope you'll follow along for some inspiration, motivation and fat loss/muscle gaining tips!
