If you're new to my channel, I am Coach Jay and the Founder of Champions Pedigree. I'm on a mission to help 10,000 athletes transition from Mentally Timid and become Mentally Tough athletes in their sport(s)!

But why should you care about Mental Toughness?? Well, 90% of a Champion's success is mental, and 10% is physical. My journey into Mental Toughness started back in 1997 when I needed to find a competitive advantage to go along with my physical training. These lessons and principles allowed me to become a champion in many areas of life. As an adult, I was blessed to mentored by the number 1 expert in the world on Mental Toughness, and he is a coach to Olympic Athletes, and players from the Boston Celtics, Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Miami Marlins (to name a few).

I use this YouTube channel to teach the principles that I've learned along my athletic, academic, professional, and entrepreneurial journeys. I have document many failures and successes and you get to learn from it all.

Why am I doing this? I am interested in these 3 things: the Principles, the Problems they cause when Mental Toughness is undeveloped, and the People/careers that it affects.

I believe that every athlete needs Mental Toughness and I know that some will come by for information, but those that desire Championship results are here for transformation. If that's you, let's connect!
