Samsung Galaxy Buds Live First Impressions: Noise Cancelling Beans!

Описание: I bring you my Samsung Galaxy Buds Live first impressions! The Buds Live are Samsung's first truly wireless earbuds featuring active noise cancellation! You definitely want to watch this before making your purchase.

So, the first thing you will notice is the size of the Galaxy Buds Live aka Galaxy Beans! The case and the buds themselves are quite small and portable, even more so than the Galaxy Buds Plus. The Mystic Bronze color looks excellent, however, the shininess attracts a lot of fingerprints.

The second thing that struck me was the fit of the Buds Live. The unique bean shape really conforms to the canal of your ear thus providing a very light and comfortable fit. My wife and I noticed a bit of ear fatigue with the larger wingtips, so be prepared for that potential reality. But, all in all these earbuds fit extremely well and perhaps the best.

The quality of sound coming out of the Galaxy Buds Live is excellent. Samsung seems to have really improved the bass, the clarity, and overall loudness providing a versatile experience whether you are listening to music or a podcast. It is honestly quite possible that Buds Live are one of the best sounding truly wireless earbuds on the market.

The audio quality has been improved as well, offering a much better experience for phone calls. Buds Live have three microphones and a voice pickup unit that converts the vibrations in your jaw into audio signals to improve the overall quality of your voice during the call. The Buds+ had excellent call quality, and I believe that the Buds Live are a tad better.

Now, last but not least, Active Noise Cancellation. The Samsung Galaxy Buds are the first from Samsung to feature Active Noise Cancellation, except this implementation is probably not what you were expecting. You see, Galaxy Buds Live merely reduce background noise and boosts voices so that when you are out and about you are not completely oblivious to what's going on around you. I actually like the concept that Samsung was going for, but I do not think the implementation gives ANC justice. With ANC enabled, you can still hear a lot of noises besides voices, so, it is somewhat of a tainted experience.

But, you should not be buying the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live for the Active Noise Cancellation functionality. The better reason to buy is the very low price of $169 for a brand new form factor and excellent sounding earbuds. The fit and finish of these earbuds is unmatched, and the sound backs it right up. As an Android user, these truly wireless earbuds have easily made it into the top three options.
