mustard seeds - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp as per your taste
For frying
oil - 1tbsp
mustard seeds - 1tsp
cumin seeds - 1tsp
chana dal - 1 tbls
urad dal - 1 tbls
peanut - ½ cup
onion - 1 (½ cup)
capsicum - 1 (½ cup)
Tomato - 1 (½ cup)
salt - as per your taste
red chilli powder - ⅓ tsp
turmeric powder - ⅓ tsp
Dhaniya pawder -⅓ tsp
aamchur pawder - ½ tsp
prepared soji katori
fresh dhaniya
Tomato chatni
oil - 1 tbls
mustard seeds - ½ tsp
garlic - 3-4
onion - 1 midum size
tomato -2 midium size
green chilli -2-3
salt - as per your taste
red chilli powder - ½ tsp
haldi powder - ⅓ tsp
Dhaniya pawder - ½ tsp
aamchur pawder -1 tsp
