The Culinary Delight Hut Hiking Tour combines the best of worlds for hikers who love to eat and for eaters who love to hike. Several of the huts on the tour invite Michelin-star chefs to visit their huts at the beginning of each season. These chefs introduce a dish to the huts' menu and teach the staff how to prepare it. The dish remains on the menu throughout the entire season. The huts also offer many other local specialties, such as local sausage and local cheese.

Most of the Culinary Delight Hut Hiking Tour is in Austria, with one night in Switzerland. You'll notice that Day 2 is quite long. We recommend bypassing the section through the valley by bus.
