add ghee/oil 2 to 3 tbsp
add jeera
add whole spices
(2 red chillies,cloves,black pepper,cardamom, cinnamon,bay leaf)
add 2 big onion
let the onion turn golden brown
marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste
add marinated chicken
add corriander powder and garam masala/biryani masala
add curd 1 cup
soak rice for 15min
add soaked rice
green peas and dry fruits(optional)
add water
(water level has to be one inch above the rice level)
4 whistle
and your pulao is ready
garnish with some corriander leaf ...enjoy!
