I wanted to play this in our own way, so I tried a snare drum groove that hints at my New Orleans roots but still services the song. That's part of what's so great about playing organ trio versions of great songs, you can vary the song a bit to make it fit into the organ trio format, but then a great song still stands on its own as a strong tune.” - Stanton Moore
