'Source of concern...': India warns Afghanistan could again become terror safe haven under Taliban

India’s permanet representative to the UN, TS Tirumurti, said that Southeast Asia has witnessed a string of terror attacks since mid-2018. “Terrorist threat to countries in South and Southeast Asia remains high.
