Fiat Avventura Video Description

How to start: It gets a black key fob with a fold-in key function, the fob features 3 buttons, one is for unlocking the car, one for locking and the last one for unlocking boot-lid. Now, to start Avventura one only need to twist the key fullway after placing it inside the keyhole and Avventura's startup doesn’t need clutch depressing.

Adjusting steering column: To adjust the steering column one needs to push down the little lever so as to let the column fall down or up. Accordingly, the lever is placed on the bottom left side of the steering column neck. Once the job is done pull the lever back up, as it will keep the column firm in its adjusted place.

Infotainment system: To start the system one need to push a small button situated on the left top side of the system, beside the CD slot. On the opposite side of the ON/OFF button is the “eject” button that lets the CD out when pressed. Volume can be adjusted through a large dial. The AUX-in and USB-in are placed on the central tunnel near the hand brake lever.

Below the infotainment system lies the A/C controls, three dial one that controls the temperature, on controls the fan speed and the last one controls the direction of flow.

Another feature of the central console are three high terrain gauges placed above central air vents. The left most shows the direction the vehicle is heading, the right most shows the elevation of nose from the horizon while the middle gauge is meant to show the tilt of Avventura sideways.

Cabin lights: It gets dual lights, mounted on the roof centre right where the front windscreen ends. Both the lights operate from their individual buttons that are present at the same place as the lights. Those lights can be turned on with different intensities according to use involved, like reading, etc.

Vanity mirror: The passenger side sun flap is equipped with vanity mirror.

Rear view mirror: Rear view mirror is equipped with the anti-reflection function. To facilitate night driving one needs to pull the small latch, present on the central bottom of IRVM, up while for day driving it has to be pushed back.

Adjusting seat: There are two lever integrated on the right side of the driver seat, one is long while the other a shorter one. To adjust height one needs to pump the longer lever, upwards to raise the height while it has to be pumped downwards to lower the seat. The short lever takes care of the lean of the seat, pull it up, then lean back to make the seat go back or sit straight to allow the spring make the seat straight.

Indicators: The indicator engagement stick is mounted on the left side of the steering column, to indicate to the right the lever has to be flicked upward and for left it has to be flicked left. The light controls are also on the same stick and the headlights could be turned on by rolling the ring where one can see the light symbols.

Turning on/off fog lamps: Fog lamp controls in Fiat Avventura are mounted on the right side of the dash, below the circular A/C vents. One can easily turn the fog lamp on by pressing them.

Adjusting electronic ORVM: Placed on the driver side hand rest, there are two buttons of ORVM, a large circular one that helps adjust the mirror while a rectangular that helps you chose the mirror to be adjusted.

Opening the bonnet: To open the bonnet you need to pull the lever mounted on the right side of driver side footwell. Now walk out to disengage the safety lock by your finger. The safety lock is placed on the right side of the Fiat logo, under the hood. Give it a slow push to completely open the hood and then place the securing stick in the hood lid so that it doesn’t fall back.

Opening the fuel cap: To open the fuel lid one needs to pull the remote opener lever present near the driver’s right foot and on the floor.

Opening the boot lid: After you have pressed the boot lid release button on the inside, you need to go out and press a button integrated behind the tailgate handle. Pressing this button would allow the boot lid mounted spare wheel to swing out of the way and now all you have to do is lift the tail lid to access boot.

Filling wiper fluid: To fill in the wiper fluid, one need to flip open the wiper fluid reservoir that is placed on the right side of the engine bay. After this one can simply pour in clean filtered water.

Operating the wipers: To operate the wipers you need to rotate the ring present on a stick that is mounted on the right side of the steering column. On can choose three wiper speeds depending on the amount of rain.
