Описание: In this math tutorial our task is to find the value of x . This is a university of Cambridge qualifying exams challenge problem which can be solved by exploring some properties of exponents to reduce the exponential equation to a quadratic equation in which the real values of x is obtained by transforming the exponential equation into quadratic equation and then solve for the real value of the variable in an elegant and classy way.

a^m ÷ a^n=a^m-n
Substitution techniques.
Quadratic formula:
x=-b+_√b²-4ac/2a
