IRB will not accept cheque payment by
• Post
• Courier
for balance of tax payables or CP204 instalment

Tax impact
• Any tax payment received on or after 01.01.2021 by cheque will be returned
• Penalty will be imposed for late payment.

No receipts would be issued by the IRBM for e-payment or payments made at appointed banks
(keep your payment slip as proof for payment)

Payment can made through :
• ByrHASiL through LHDNM Official Portal (https://byrhasil.hasil.gov.my/?lgv=2)
• Internet Banking Bank appointed as collection agent
• Bank Counter appointed as collection agent
• Cash Deposit / Cheque Deposit
• ATM Machine

The following are still acceptable by POST or courier:
• Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT)
• Public Entertainment Tax
• Withholding Tax (WHT)
• Penalty
