We no longer have the camcorders in our possession. We bought these 3 to compare for a non Profit organization that wanted to invest in a good camcorder. From our test and the organizations needs, we ended up going with the Panasonic as it had the best overall performance for their needs (indoor video recording of lectures/talks and interviews with normal indoor florescent lighting). The organization records audio separately for the most part and syncs them in post. They also have a volunteer who records on his Canon 70D but this camcorder is for times when the volunteer is not available.

"For anyone who has bought this camcorder a helpful hint to get rid of the 'buzzing' is to go to the record set up menu, scroll down to mic level, select set, then make sure the db level is set at 0 i tried doing this this morning and i think it's helped to get rid of some or all of that annoying buzz!"
