• Jackfruit seed- 2 cup
• Ghee- 3 Tbsp
• Cinnamon- 2 pcs
• Cardamom- 4 pcs
• Salt- 1 pinch
• Powder milk- 1 cup (mix with 1 cup water)
• Sugar- 2 cup
• Raisins- 1 Tbsp

Health Benefits:
Jackfruit can help in weight loss if consumed the right way. Jackfruit is high fibre, which helps improve digestion and metabolism – the fundamentals of weight loss. It is not very high in calories; one cup of sliced jackfruit contains about 155 calories.
Boiled, and boiled plus fried. These are used commonly to top salads, eaten as is for snack, made into jackfruit seed hummus, dried and then ground into a flour and used in baking. So many great uses for jackfruit seeds. Again, don't throw them away, when you can eat them.
