Helping Kids with OCD Understand Mental Compulsions

Описание: Sometimes OCD compulsions hide in the silence of the mind. Mental compulsions are often missed and are left unchecked. Parents will often ask me, “How can I stop my child from having mental compulsions.”

The real question is how can I educate my child so they understand mental compulsions.

We cannot do the work for our children. We cannot police their brain. But what we can do is teach them. The first step in fixing a problem is understanding it.
