SPICY AND SAUCY BAKED CHICKEN WINGS / FESTIVE POTATO SALAD
INGREDIENTS

Spicy and Saucy Baked Chicken Wings
Spicy BBQ Sauce

1k Chicken Wings
1/4 c White Vinegar
1/2 - 3/4 c Ketchup
1 -2 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Red Wine ( or any cooking wine )
1/4 c Red sugar or Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Honey Mustard Sauce

1/4 c White Vinegar
1/2 c Prepared Mustard
1 1/2 tbsp Mustard Powder ( optional )
1/2 c Honey
1/4 tsp Salt

FESTIVE POTATO SALAD
4-5 med-sized Potato, diced
1 med-sized Carrots, diced
1 1/2 tbsp White Vinegar
1/2 c Pickle Relish
2 tbsp Celery, minced
1 tbsp Onion, minced
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp White Pepper
3/4- 1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Pre-cooked Green Peas ( for garnishing )
2 Hard Boiled Egg
Grated Parmesan Cheese ( Sprinkle before serving )

Spice Rub
1tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Boil Potato with salt
