Last year the state took Shimay's son away because she was using drugs. With help from a rehabilitation center and the Transformation Visitation Home, she is clean and they are now a family again! Shimay grew personally and as a parent through the Trauma Proof class, and when the courts heard she was using one of TVH's homes, the courts immediately granted additional bonding time.
