This tutorial video shows how to use the GNS 430 for an RNAV approach with vertical guidance. It includes the most basic cold and dark startup, and covers how to use the Starship FMS advisory VNAV, prepare the RNAV approach, and then switch to the GNS 430 for vertical guidance during the last phase of the flight. The flight is unedited so feel free to skip the boring parts.
Note: when switching to the GNS 430 I forgot to set the autopilot back to VS (it went to profile mode by default) so make sure you do remember to double check this on your approaches.
