Описание: I remember the first Ghibli ad on TV nearly a decade ago and it shook the market. Now ten years later, it is being discontinued. Maserati has confirmed the Ghibli will depart in 2024 in favor of creating a next generation Quattroporte which will shrink in size. There also is some more sad news.

Now both the Ghibli and Quattroporte models can come in the Trofeo spec which gains a Ferrari built 3.8L TT V8 making 580HP and 538 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels only with top speeds up to 203MPH and 0-60 under 4.3sec. 🏁

Maserati also has announced the death of the V8, sourced from Ferrari. With their longtime contract with Ferrari finally coming to an end even after Ferrari separated from FCA last decade, Maserati is transitioning to their Nettuno TT V6, the GME-T4, and their Folgore EV powertrains. The next gen Quattroporte could even be all electric.
