Описание: Welcome back to the HORSCH AgroVation Farm Timelapse. Initially, our agricultural process involves field fertilization following the harvest. Subsequently, we employ a FENDT 1050 tractor coupled with a HORSCH JOKER 8 RT cultivator for field cultivation. Our yard is home to stacks bales of straw, and we aim to maximize its value by converting it into profit. To achieve this goal, we have embarked on the construction of a Heating Plant that will not only generate heat and electricity for potential sales but also enable us to repurpose waste by-products into mineral additives for animal feed production.
Once the thermal station is operational, our next step is to load the straw into the receiving hopper. Since the bales cannot be directly loaded, we opt to crush them. To accomplish this, we rent a feed mixer on rent, load the straw bales into it, and then transfer the finely chopped straw into the hopper. This process results in the loading of slightly over 600,000 liters of straw.
After completing the straw processing, we return the rented feed mixer and rent Grimme equipmentwith Grimme machinery for the sugar beet harvest. This involves utilizing a FENDT 936 VARIO tractor for combined operations. Upon arrival at our beet field, the harvesting commences. We unload the harvested beets into a trailer, subsequently transferring them to a truck trailer. These beets are then transported to our yard and unloaded for further processing.
