Use ripgrep to search for lost code

Описание: Often times you would have used a library or function somewhere in some project and you want to use it again. You know that it exists somewhere on your file system, you just don't know where. In these cases, you can use grep to recursively search your filesystem for that pattern. You can improve your search with ripgrep which automatically avoids searching hidden files, has color-coded output,s and a bunch of other functionality all without affecting performance.
