My 10 min warm up routine! ⏰ This is what I do before ballet class to make sure my muscles are activated and my body is ready to dance.🩰 I know it can feel overwhelming to figure out how to warm up efficiently, which is why I use a set routine that I don’t have to think much about. Most of these exercises were given to me by Align Fitness by Allie, and have become cemented into my pre-class ritual. They are simple but super effective!
