The packaging speed is infinitely adjustable. By changing the folding cardboard and a few other parts, it can package boxed items of different sizes (size, height, width). This machine is widely applicable to the automatic single-piece packaging of various sizes of items in the soap industry.
Application : Double-layer paper packaging machines are mainly used for packaging rectangular or similar shaped soaps. The inner lining of the packaging paper is white cardboard, and the outer wrapping paper is composite material printed hot melt paper ( film).
Working principle:
The product is placed on the conveyor belt into the machine's workstation, where the inner and outer packaging paper, which are being cut at the same time , is pushed into the turret (mold) and then rotated. After turning 180 degrees, the product is pushed into the channel, where the packaging paper is folded and heat-sealed. The sealed product is then pushed out .
