Hey guys! Today, let's color a flower! BUT, instead of the usual live flower and food coloring, let's use iodine in potassium iodide(aka potassium triiodide), and starch! Exciting, isn't it?

Like that video, the iodine complexes with starch, forming a blue starch-triiodide(or starch-iodine) complex. Unlike that one, this one is a one with iodine vapor, and the flower changes like MAGIC.
