REFRACTION AT SPHERICAL SURFACE:Let a point object O be placed on the principal axis PC. A ray of light stating from O and travelling along the principal axis hits the surface XY normally and passes un deviated. Another rays of light OA incident on the refractions surface at angle ‘I’ is refracted along AI at angle r, bending towards the normal CAN. The two refracted rays meet at point ‘i’ on the principal axis. ‘i’ is the real image at the object O.
