Fateh Sagar is a beautiful artificial lake located in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is one of the major attractions in Udaipur and is known for its picturesque beauty and serene surroundings. The lake was constructed in the 1670s by Maharana Jai Singh and later renovated by Maharana Fateh Singh, after whom it is named.
Fateh Sagar Lake is situated in the northern part of Udaipur and is surrounded by hills on three sides, creating a stunning backdrop. It covers an area of about 168 hectares and is one of the four interconnected lakes in Udaipur, along with Lake Pichola, Swaroop Sagar, and Doodh Talai.
