Описание: The machine features in-line, festoon reel stands with skiving and metered glue pots. The anaconda heat seal feeds a three part construction ply consisting of kraft paper bonded to aluminium and coated with polyethylene which is heated causing the plastic to melt and bond to itself. This forms a virtually air tight seal for containing food stuffs. The Perkin spiral tube winder has a wide table, motorised for left/right adjustment to simplify setup and change over times while giving ample clearance for working with the heat seal on the inside ply. The spiral winder feeds the multi-knife which may cycle its knife carriage at high speed, the cut action is triggered by the reference mark embedded in the spiral label. This machine shows the cut cycle producing ten cores per cycle of the knife carriage; in this video we are making 230 cans per minute. Both heat sealed inner ply and outside spiral label ply feature a closed loop web guide to ensure the plies track consistently as they are fed into the construction of the core. The cutting mandrel is supported by a unique non marking device as it moves through the machine guiding the cores onto the exit conveyor where they are flipped onto their open ends and fed onto the next process.
