Here it is, how to color sand and buff by hand.
I do not recommend doing this by hand but if you have to or want to give this a try as a last resort this video set should help you.
Do keep in mind as well that this is a 1K clear so it is softer than its 2K counter parts.
Note that this is not a quick job this video set took me almost 2 hours to prep and film.
