Nikita Clementina Dsouza is an accomplished Independent and digital director, IICA-registered Independent Director, and Certified ESG, BRSR, and digital governance expert with over 17 years of global, cross-sector experience spanning governance, sustainability, digital transformation, corporate real estate, leasing, and international operations. Based in Bengaluru, she brings a rare combination of strategic foresight, operational depth, and ethical, purpose-driven leadership shaped by her work across India, the UK, and EMEA. An MBA graduate from Liverpool Business School and an alumna of IMT Ghaziabad’s Leadership & Business Strategy programme, Nikita represents a new generation of board professionals who integrate governance rigor, ESG authenticity, and digital fluency to create long-term stakeholder value.

Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Golflink Park Management Services LLP (Embassy Golflinks Business Park), she has led leasing strategy, operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement—contributing to the park’s achievement as one of India’s most successful and fully leased business hubs. Her earlier roles as Leasing Manager and Assistant Operations Manager involved complex contract negotiations, revenue growth, asset value enhancement, and embedding sustainability and governance into daily operations. Her international experience at National Instruments across the UK, Ireland, EMEA, APAC, and Russia strengthened her expertise in global sales coordination, digital processes, compliance, and cross-cultural leadership, complemented by her role at MyConnecting training European professionals in business communication.

A strong advocate for authentic ESG integration, Nikita actively cautions against greenwashing and emphasizes transparency, measurement, accountability, and independent verification. She believes growth and governance are complementary forces, viewing the boardroom as a platform to influence culture, embed sustainability, and drive innovation. Inspired by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Peter Drucker, she aspires to serve on progressive boards focused on ethical governance, digital transformation, and sustainable long-term value creation.
